We Are Looking for Tenants for the Following Spaces

Small business for five 375 sf spaces and one 625 sf space.

Café in a 900 sf space

2 restaurants and a manager of an 1,100 sf food hall

Operator for a small, healthy grocer in a 2,800 sf space 

*Please contact Julia Katz if you are a grocery operator, the application process is slightly different*

Application Process

Please ensure all elements of your application have been completed. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

  • Completed retail application
  • Business plan, including the following sections
    • Summary
    • Product Services/Prices
    • Marketing Strategy
    • Operations Plan
    • Financial Plan with required attachments
  • Required attachments
    • Business owners resumes
    • Statement about your connection to Sunnydale
    • Photos of your goods/services and/or press about your business
    • 60-second video pitch (this can be a simple video recorded on your phone)

They can also connect you to our partner organizations, lenders, and other community groups that help small businesses succeed.
  • NAWBO, NAWBO-SFBA is the go-to resource for community, education, inspiration, political advocacy, partnerships, and networking for women who want to grow their businesses, be more successful and empower others.
