Operator for a small, healthy grocer in a 2,800 sf space

Application Process

Please ensure all elements of your application have been completed. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

  • Completed retail application
  • Business plan, including the following sections
    • Summary
    • Product Services/Prices
    • Marketing Strategy
    • Operations Plan
    • Financial Plan with required attachments
  • Required attachments
    • Business owners resumes
    • Statement about your connection to Sunnydale
    • Photos of your goods/services and/or press about your business
    • 60-second video pitch (this can be a simple video recorded on your phone)
