Mercy Housing’s Community Life team serves both residents of the new affordable housing communities at Sunnydale as well as the broader community. Community Life staff are responsive to the needs of Sunnydale community members. Services include facilitating community-building programs and activities, responding to housing-related needs and questions, connecting residents to resources, and much more.

It is a priority for Sunnydale HOPE SF partners to provide quality construction jobs and training to the Sunnydale community. We ensure residents have the resources they need to be successful on the job. Contractor job opportunities include opportunities as a laborer, carpenter, and through demolition/abatement, and other.
