Located on the southwest corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street, Amani at 1529 Sunnydale Avenue is Sunnydale HOPE SF’s third apartment building. Like previous phases, 75% of Amani’s 80 apartments are set aside for current Sunnydale households, and the remaining 25% are affordable to households up to 50% of area median income. Construction began 2023. Amani was fully leased as of 2025.
