Located on the southwest corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street, Building 3A is Sunnydale HOPE SF’s third affordable development. Building 3A will include significant ground floor commercial space, featuring neighborhood-serving retail, an early childhood education center, a wellness center, and a customer service center for residents. Construction started in 2023 and lease-up will begin in 2025. There will be 80 affordable apartments including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
