Located on the southwest corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street, adjacent to Amani, Nia at 1533 Sunnydale Avenue is Sunnydale HOPE SF’s fourth affordable development. Like previous phases, 75% of Nia’s 90 apartments are set aside for current Sunnydale households, and the remaining 25% are affordable to households up to 60% of area median income. Construction began 2023. Nia is currently leasing in 2025.
