Located on the southwest corner of Sunnydale Avenue and Hahn Street, adjacent to Building 3A, Building 3B is Sunnydale HOPE SF’s fourth affordable development. Building 3B shares significant ground floor commercial space with Building 3A, which will include neighborhood-serving retail, an early childhood education center, a wellness center, and a customer service center for residents.  Construction started in 2023 and lease-up will begin in 2025. There will be 170 affordable apartments including studio, one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom apartments.
